Uran Togoo → Murun
Drive: 260 km (4–5 hrs)
Murun is the capital of Khuvsgul Province and the main gateway to northern Mongolia. The town serves as an important supply and transportation hub for travelers heading to Lake Khövsgöl, the taiga region, and reindeer communities. Murun → Ulaan Uul

Ulaan Uul → Hatgal (Lake Khuvsgul)

Erdenet serves as a convenient stop between northern and central Mongolia, offering modern amenities and insight into the country's mining industry and urban development.
