A booking is confirmed after we accept your reservation and receive the required deposit. Your written confirmation identifies the itinerary, included services and payment schedule.

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health requirements and following guide instructions. Tell us about relevant medical, mobility or dietary needs before booking.

Travel in Mongolia can involve rough roads, variable weather, limited connectivity and itinerary adjustments. Safety decisions made by the guide take priority.

USD prices are converted to Mongolian tögrög for payment using the confirmed operator rate shown at checkout. Card processing costs are included unless a written quote clearly states otherwise. The 10% deposit is paid when booking. The remaining balance is arranged shortly before the tour begins or upon arrival in Mongolia.
