A 10% deposit of the total tour price secures your reservation. We will send written confirmation with your itinerary, payment details and next steps.

The remaining balance is payable shortly before your tour begins or upon arrival in Mongolia, as agreed with Gobi Sky Expedition. Your written confirmation will state the arrangement for your journey.

Online payments are completed through Bonum Gateway. Card processing costs are included in the quoted tour price. Apple Pay availability depends on the payment options enabled for the hosted Bonum checkout.

Tour prices are quoted in USD and converted to Mongolian tögrög for Bonum checkout. The confirmed USD to MNT rate is shown and stored with your booking.

Yes. Many journeys can be adjusted around your dates, pace, group size and interests. We also build tailor-made wildlife, birdwatching, photography and cultural routes.

If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel within 60 days, the 10% deposit is retained as the cancellation fee. Requests must be submitted in writing.

Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical evacuation and the activities listed in your itinerary, especially for remote expeditions.

Remote travel can include rough roads, rapidly changing weather and periods without mobile signal or Wi-Fi. Our team plans routes carefully and keeps flexibility for local conditions.
